Summary
Observability Phase 2 vision: Tool → Programme → Portfolio impact maturity model and central analytics capability beyond Looker Studio dashboards.
OS Hub 2026 Annual Platform goal
In 2026, Leadership teams use a shared Observability framework to make pipeline informed platform, tool and agent decisions, enabling disciplined prioritization and clear, external communication of the program impact of the platform
From: Lacking transparency and without a company wide definition of how, where, and to what degree our our platform tools impact the most consequential bottlenecks in drug discovery to inform how AI driven progress should be recognized, compared and acted upon across the pipeline
To: Establish a platform value framework and observability layer that makes the company’s strategic bets explicit: Which parts of the drug discovery process do we expect to bend first, what AI enabled improvement looks like in those areas, and how well we are accomplishing that strategy.
